I think “You have the time” can sometimes be harsh… While, yes, you most likely do have the time, you might not have the energy during the time…

I truly can’t imagine a day where I’d get kids up, work a full day, get kids home/to practice, make dinner, get kids to bed, and do it all over again. That’s exhausting.

So, for the busy adult or busy parent—aim for these minimums:

🏋🏼‍♀️Hit minimum of 2 x 30-45 minute workouts each week. Make them something you enjoy. Make it your “nobody talk to me” time.

🚶🏼‍♀️Walk 10-15 mins daily (more if able). Especially in the sun!

🔟Reach 10k steps daily. If you’re only at 4K now, go to 5, then 6… so on to 10k!

📞Stand/walk for work/other calls. If I’m able to leave my computer for a call, I do so. My clients know im huffin & puffin on those calls 🤣

🗓Use weekends/less busy days for workouts! Don’t count your weekends out!!

🧘🏼‍♀️Get up to move/stretch every 2 hours. 3-5 mins! Please!!! Go. To. The. Bathroom. Eat. A. Snack.

🚙Park further from the door. Increase those steps!

🪜Take the stairs more often! Again, increase those steps!
